I have an excellent program called "Cell.exe" from David Chandler that I
used to design the 27-point cell for the 40-inch.  It also does 9 and 18
point calculations, and it prints out a nice diagram as well as all the
numbers and descriptions.  

It's not very large, so I'll take the liberty of attaching it and sending it
along with an email to whoever wants a copy.
