Not directly, but if you get hold of Dave Chandler's CELL program, it
calculates it for you. I have put the program at:
ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/misc/astronomy/cell.zip

I think it is also on his website, although a lot of US folk find the
demon ftp site to be faster than US web sites:

If you can't work out the algorithm from the program, you could always
try asking Dave directly: dschandler@frumble.claremont.edu
