I'd more suspect a pinched mirror, either  the primary or more
possibly, the secondary.
\Since you have tried a numbr of EPS, the possibility of them all
producing the same problem isss basically zero.
For effect, I'd take and do a ronchi test on a bright star and
see what it says.  You can do a real rough Ronchi test with a
good straight fine toothed comb just by putting it across the
focuser near the focal plane.  A forty )or less_ lpi grating
(whhich the comb would be) won't show a lot of precision but it
will show quite readily what is going on.
