[ATM] New page - Newtonian secondary sizing

Hi,

After seeing a lot of questions about Newtonian secondary sizes over 
the years, I thought I'd just put up a large table of secondary sizes, 
computed for various mirror sizes, focal ratios, secondary-focal plane 
distances, and illuminated fields.  This way all the information is 
there in print, and TMs can easily compare sizes without plugging in 
numbers.

Please let me know if you see errors.  The formulas used are ones I 
derived through geometry, and all the sizes I have checked agree with 
telescopes I have designed in the past.
