Give us some more information.
Describe your cleaning procedures. (Specifically what chemicals you use
for final clean) I use Kleenex with acetone and methyl alcohol for final
wipe.
Describe your coating procedures. (specifically if your heating the
mirror or do a glow discharge before coating)
From the pictures your not getting the mirror clean.
A good test after cleaning to see how your mirror will come out is to
breath onto the surface and observe the fog pattern.
It should be very even showing no signs of where you wiped the mirror.
