[ATM] Digital Setting Circles

Hi all

Just the other week, I came across a website by Tom Krajci describing his method of making setting circles using a Tape Measure on the Azimuth axis. He also said that he had the conversion program available to anyone that wanted it, but I have since lost the website, and after numerous searches, I am unable to locate it. 

After doing a search through the archives, I discovered that a few others have also used this method of locating objects using Tom's program, so I was wondering if anybody out there still has a copy that they could email me, (with instructions on how to use it)?
