I'm afraid this terminates my association with this mailing list.

As far as IP goes (and may you choke on your socialist nonsense
someday) the author in an early post disavowed any claim to IP
rights.

The idea that referring to an amateur's homepage where some small
pamphlet can be purchased is completely absurd.
