I spent hours looking for these values, in books, in
papers, on the net.  I finally found a moderately low
resolution gif at
<http://www.ipe.uni-stuttgart.de/index.php?lang=ger&pulldownID=12&ebene2ID=54&contribID=28>
and reverse engineered it.  The plus minus is 1
percent.
