I've had correspondence with Glass Fab and they came through with
flying colors, replacing two pieces of glass that were done
incorrectly with two new pieces that were done properly.  I don't
know what they will be doing with the first set of tlass that
they sent but each of the two pieces was about $300.  They did
admit that they did mess up on the job so I don't think that
there were any hard feelings in the end.
