I hope to (soon???) offer a painfully obvious way to produce
any aspheric directly from Oslo simulation. Three points on
this:

1) Why it took so long.... I got seriously behind on writing a book,
now published (I have to work sometimes).... back to ATMing.

2) Oslo simulations seemed to be of more use than merely arriving at
a prescription. I investigated using the output to drive a
grinder/polisher.

3) Addition of online tester. There's got to be a way. I tinkered with
testing the optical surface while polishing. Tester measures from
the side opposite the polisher (through the glass). This might be
do-able. I am optimistic, but much work needs to be done here.
