I hope a couple of points will help :
  - Dave Rowe's sites (referenced in the link below) is mirrored at
       http://www.considine.net/drowesmi
    and
       http://www.considine.net/aplanatic
    The material on the first page needs to be updated with copies
    of pictures and text that I recently found, but should be mostly
    intact.
  - There is a vacuum pan/corrector calculator at
       http://www.considine.net/mac/vacpan.html
    based on Dave's vacpan.xls (which can be found at the "aplanatic"
    link above).  This calculator will give you the coefficients to
    put into OSLO and show you how to do it.
