The trick that someone (in this group) showed me was to convert the
polynomial form:

          a2 * y^2 + a4 * y^4 + a6 * y^6 ...

to a paraboloid plus offset:  a2 * R =  0.5.  The values of a4 and a6
are directly entered in the standard asphere page.
