Albert is using faster mirrors, f/4.5 and f/5. Did you say yours is f/7? I would think that's the problem.

His f/5.3 uses three "C" channels, 1 1/2" width X 3/4" height X 1/8" thick. Not thin-walled tubes. An f/5 shows three 1.5" diameter round aluminum tubes. Since yours are much longer, they need to be much larger as well.
