[ATM] Milligan interferometry report
I have finally finished my report on the interferometry part of the "round
robin" testing of Scott Milligan's mirror that resulted from the threads on
Foucault/interfometry discrepancies in both the ATM and atm_free e-mail
lists. I wrote it both to compare the three new interferometric results on
Scott's mirror and to explain the process of analyzing the interferograms to
get the results. I think it will be especially useful for those who want to
understand more about how interferometry works and its accuracy. Thanks to
James Mulherin, John Hudek, and Dale Eason for sharing their data, and
especially Scott Milligan for making the mirror available for this testing.
