Re cutting flats,

I had one of the 11" x 17" x .8" surplus flats
cut to 12" dia with a water jet machine. Cutting the OD was fine
but I also told them to cut a 1" mountinmg hole in the center..
this spalled the glass causing an irregular conical hole.
Cost was ~$80 plus shipping 2 ways.
