After several iterations in the last day, and not pushing it too
hard, the tool did come up with the following 100 mm f/15 semi:

It doesn't quite cancel OSC or 70% zone LA, and the correction
is quite blue, but the sag difference of the first and third
surfaces amounts to only about 3 nm -- you could probably split
the difference; the only surface that doesn't have a mate to
compare against is the shallow one (no -- it isn't that flat).
Anyway, the triplet design tool does appear to be up and running.
