It is up to the list owner to decide who goes, who stays.  Any problems 
should go to him, not the list, but only after you have privately 
contacted the poster with your concerns.  We should be able to sort 
these things out without intervention.  In a sense, it is OUR list with 
a dictator to break ties. ;-)  Please stay on topic and be relevant.  
We all have 'delete' and most have the ability to filter by sender if 
that is your choice.

I am not the list owner and do not speak for him.   I am a list member 
and I do expect the standards listed in the ATM FAQ to be adhered to.
