Typos are typos.  That the guy got the two numbers sort of right in that the
range is right is interesting but the typist in this case missed the number,
probably by 10C.
I'll note that proofreading numbers can be difficult.  My listing of B&L
glass indices has gone through 3 revisions due to people reading the page
and finding an error and there is probably still a wrong number in there
somewhere yet I proofread it 3 times myself over a week peariod
(proofreading trick - leave the document alone for a few days and the brain
forgets many of the fine details of the document and you can then find
errors a lot easier).
