Dave, the big question to answer on that is where are you?
I'm in southern Calif. (just north of San Diego) and can do Foucault and
Ronchi testing on mirrors.  Others around could possibly do interfrometery
but I don't know who.  The hotbed of interfrometery seems to be in the
midwest area.
