Dave, I've worked with CeO everywhere from a thick paste to almost
transparent.
When you're working with a paste, you more put a little dab on several of
the pads of the lap and then apply more water to make it thinner and work on
the lap.
Thinner mixtures just means that you don't add as much water to the lap to
work on.
