[ATM] Acculap

Hello All,

There have been a few of you asking about acculap hardness and I have 
put a graph I made in the file section showing several Acculap grades  
vs Gugolz at various temperatures.  I made the measurements with a 
home-made pitch tester using the design from Texereau's book.  I have 
found Acculap to be fairly similar to Gugolz to use once you get the 
grade right.  Salem seems to recommend one grade too hard for my tastes 
according to the graph.  Acculap has the big avantage in that it doesn't 
change properties when you re-melt it several times, or over time like 
the natural pitches do.  The graph is uploaded at
