Now that it's pollished this is a great opportunity to obtain more 
experience in parabolizing. I'd continue towards parabolizing and solve 
the scratch problem  later. After you are satisfied with the figure it's 
even possible the scratches may be gone then. The dry run experience at 
parabolizing and Foucault testing will be immensely valuable  in 
producing the final product. If neccessary, you can go back to fine 
grinding at any time.
