[ATM] black rouge

Hi,
Has anyone used the black rouge on gotgrit.com?  what is the quality like?  
I've never used anything but cerium oxide; is there anything I need to do 
differently?  Also, do I need to do any special cleaning or treating of the 
pitch lap to get rid of the cerox before moving to the rouge or does the 
left over cerox have no effect to speak of?

Also, should I do all of my figuring with the black rouge or just the last 
bit?
