[ATM] Norman Rumsey Honoured

A few years ago someone on this list asked me to contact Norman Rumsey re a
telescope design that he had published some time in the 1960s. Norman
received recognition for his life work in Optical design.  In this years
2004 Queen's Birthday honours list Norman Rumsey was made an
Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to optics and
astronomy.

Just thought that someone on the list that knew Norm may be interested.
