Heh. Good luck! The likelihood I'll ever try something this elaborate is
pretty slim.
If you're interested in Gregorian variants of this basic idea I think Baker
proposed some, including some cross axis designs. You might find it
worthwhile to try to track down a copy of the book "Telescopes and
Accessories" by Dimitroff and Baker. It's long out of print but I think
used copies are fairly readily available.
