Dunno about that. I use "SuperMend Epoxy Putty" to attach FRP laminate to wood bearings. After many trials and errors, SuperMend was the only thing I found that would hold it. The stuff is quite strong if you follow the directions exactly. It bonds to almost everything. I think it will work for you, too.
