Hi Don,
RTV is a generic term that stands for "Room
Temperature Vulcanizing", which means that the rubber
doesn't need heat and pressure to solidify.
A.K.A. silicone
You can find it at most do-it-yourself hardware stores
as a tube that fits into a caulk gun. Try the kitchen
or bathroom department of some place like Home
'Despot', as it is commonly used as a sealant for
windows, sinks, bathtubs, etc. to keep water out.
