It is not a  matter of "censorship".  It is a matter of common courtesy.  Not
every one has high speed connections and want to spend the time downloading
large attachments.  Many block all since that is how most of the new worms and
viruses spread. This kind of thing used to keep me from checking my 
mail before
work when I was still on dial up. Someone would send me a picture and it took
half an hour to download.

It is better to put the pic on the web and give the url.  We can put up 
pics for
those that don't have the access or expertise, though there are plenty of
'free' host sites for images these days.
