Re: [ATM] Suction cups

Hey Guy,

I sure have and do use a suction cup for my MOT & TOT grinding. Here are some pics
of me using it on the 18 inch X 7/8 inch thick plate glass mirror I'm working on at our clubs
grinding class. Some of the other members have tried using it and they've given it their
thumbs up. The box in the back of the pictures is the wooden carrying case I had to build to
transport the 30 pounds of glass from the mirror and plate glass tool. When I recharge the
worn out grit I just pick the mirror straight up off of the tool, hold it there while I put the grit
on and some water. I've NEVER had a problem with the cup letting loose in the air. But watch
out when the tool and mirror want to stick. The cup can slip sideways. I apply a little water to
the cup before I secure it.

FOOT NOTE: My pics are being held by the list moderator for inspection but should follow if
he approves them for posting.
