I just put his equations into a spreadsheet and OSLO.  I was so amazed when
I saw the spot diagram and other analysis reports that I just had to share
it with all you ATM'ers.

I want to reconcile the two ray trace analysis reports (except for the
distortion) and will report back later.  I figure it will only be a matter
of minor changes to some parameters.
