I am assuming that you are running the Stevick-Paul8.len file in OSLO.  The
version that I am using is OSLO EDU 6.2.2 (formerly OSLO LT).  The focal
length of the telescope is reported in the Surface Data window in the Efl
field (upper right) as -93.603383 (93.6 in).  Are you not getting this
value?  What is displayed in the Efl field?  Efl is Effective Focal Length.
