[ATM] ATM: Soap Scope - cheap easy plastic bucket dob mount

There seemed to be some interest at the recent RTMC,
particularly from teachers, about the "soap scope" I
brought (made from Costco soap buckets).  I have put
some instructions on the flexmirror.com web site for
those interested in making their own.  It is designed
specifically to be a good project for kids to make
with adult supervision (schools, scouts, 4H etc.).  It
is remarkably easy to make and works surprisingly
well.  (And as you might expect, it is quite cheap.)
