[ATM] Finding Dark Skies

I am quite familiar with that entire region Scott. I did not realize 
that Cherry Springs has it's own grass landing strip. That 
changes everything, especially accessability.  Any weather good 
enough to observe with, is, by deffinition, good enough to fly in.

You can't tell me you'd never heard of Cherry Springs before. 
It's THE dark-sky Mecca of the whole East coast.  It's a state 
park surrounded by state forest.  Home of the Black Forrest Star 
Party, and full of observers every month it's clear (even in winter).
