That looks like a cool :^) Idea..

It appears they use 2 8-ohm speakers RTV'd to the plastic housing.
If this works, you might be able to mount 4 little speakers into into
the corners of your mirror box with short tubes pointing toward the face
of the mirror. The little jets might break up the thermal boundary area.
I wonder if you could use a small solid state amplifier together with a
variable low frequency oscillator? 

It doesn't mention the use of one-way air valves, so the air might
simply move in and then out agin.

Where did you get the idea about a piezo fan for cooling?  I was talking
about using acoustic driver to create tiny vortexes to break up a
thermal boundary layer at the mirror surface. The driver(s) need not
even be piezo.
