Near Earth Object...
If I were compiling the dictionary, I would include
the ISS, HST, and all kinds of Earth orbiting
satellites etc.
A telescope designed for observing these would have
the capability of rapid, COMPUTERIZED TRACKING
MOVEMENTS in at least 2 directions at the same time.
