Since it seems so difficult to obtain ATM materials in Australia I thought I would provide a list of the suppliers that I used. 

I bought Texereau's book from Bintel

I bought a pyrex blank and tool from Schott Garsco in Sydney. The pyrex is a little smaller than usual, the closest to 8" is 194 mm. The tool and blank have concentric rings on the back which I ground off using 80 and 120 grit on a piece of sheet glass.
