Are We There Yet?  Maybe - probably - not.  Do a test with more narrower 
zones rather than rushing out to do a star test.  You might try the wire 
test, pinstick instead of mask to make it easier to read a lot of 
zones.  And, like I said, make a good guess at the reading accuracies (take 
several measurements and look at the largest-smallest difference) to see if 
that 13.4 nm RMS isn't ± 10 nm.
