I would suspect that Hydrostone and it's comparables would be more available
at a craft store that handles the staturary type stuff.  Then there's the
dental people with the lab stone at maybe 3x the price of the Hydrostone per
pound but the cost is low enough for a few tools that you're going to look
at the cost of the whole parcel as the cost of the tool rather than the bit
you're going to use.
