Thanks Mel!  The "offset yoke" and "bent yoke" concepts will give me 
more to think about than just the classic English yoke.  The Horseshoe 
modification of the yoke is truly nice, but I believe it would be 
introducing more difficulty and cost into the project than I desire for 
the present.  For now, I believe the basic classic approach is what I'm 
seeking info for, but the bent yoke in particular doesn't appear to be 
that much more complicated.
