RE: ATM Figuring a 6" F4
Hi Claude,
A full size tool can do a fine job parabolizing a 6" f/4, and would perhaps
be easier to control than a small sub-diameter tool. Assuming you start from
a sphere, a good parabola can be achieved with the classic W stroke.

Subject: ATM Figuring a 6" F4
Hello everybody,
I'm now in the late phase of polishing my 6" F4. What is the best to
figure such a mirror, full or a subdiameter tool ?
Thanks for any comment,
Claude
