Ivan,
Just to let you know, copying of copywrited materials is illegal.  The 
publishers and authors rely on being able to make a profit from selling 
books. In the extreme, if everyone scanned in their books and sent free 
copies to anyone who asks, there would soon be no books written because 
there would be no profit in it.

I suggest borrowing a copy from a library, or if that isn't reasonable, 
maybe some one in this discussion group can help you out based on their 
knowledge and experience.
