I have a couple of old surplus military Erfle eyepieces that I use
for finders and RTT's..these were 38mm efl and 68 deg apparent field, with
a 2.1" dia field stop..one of my favorite ep's with my 16"f15.7 Cassegrain.

I did come across a 75mm fl Erfle with a 3" dia field stop that was used to
view a small CRT tube..with a 16" Celestron f-11 SCT it gave an ~ 1 deg
fov but the off axis images were pretty bad.
