3" F10 spheres pretty much are within the Raleigh criteria so they will be
an excellent pair of mirrors for a binoc.  The making of a set will be a
nice exercise in making something that works and since you're not dealing
with very large pieces, you won't feel the expenses so much, nor the
frustration when things don't go right with the thing.
