Got mine today!  What great stuff -- thanks for bringing this to light.
Those visionary telescope designs are wonderful.  It's kind of humbling to
see how many "leading edge" concepts were alive and well in 1904!  Some of
us have recently come to think that the "dig the center" method so well
illustrated on page 34, figure 10 is hot new stuff.  Hah!  Same for petal
laps.  So much of the technique I've struggled to gain of the last few years
is right there, plain as day.  I wish I'd seen this paper about a decade or
two ago.

Although the paper does not address strictly amateur techniques as directly
as Texereau, many important basic concepts are better presented.
