If it gets to PDF format, it's not hard to get it to HTML which is usually
better for the web.  This is, of course, providing that it's not just images
of the pages for which .GIF images would be a better way to go.
I might note that Adobe uses their own input to a driver which causes
certain strange things to happen to pages sent to a PostScript (their
creation!) printer and, for some strange reason, that causes my printer not
to print!
