If you did that, you might as well overlap them and stack one on top of the
other.  That will give you a really good indication of what's the same
shade.  Unfortunately, you need to change the offset of the system for each
of the zones.  It could be done but you'd also have to be doing some optics
behind the KE so that you could get the zones physically far enough apart
that you can use something big enough in the way of the optics needed.
FWIW, the focal length difference would be insignificant so you wouldn't
need to do any special focusing of the images.
