The current S&T article about 2MASS shows how spectacular and informative imaging in the infrared is. Has anyone built an amateur-level setup to accomplish this? I find nothing in the archives to suggest so. This would be a very cool direction for ATM efforts to go, IMHO, if it's at all feasible. Stan
