There have been several articles written already.  They've appeared in
the old TM and also in the ATMJ.  The latest one was in ATMJ #6 IIRC.  
The testing procedures are the same, but since it is best done with a
pin stick, it lends itself to more measurements than a Couder mask. 

I believe that Major Tom has done/uses it.  He gave me some info a few
months ago.
