    I'm unsure of what is meant by the blink method, could you enlighten me?
Here is what I do, right or wrong. (And I'll find out pretty soon, eh?  Pass
the mirrors, please.)  I consider the entire Couder window as a whole when
judging intensity.  If the windows are wide and shadow movement is
discernable, I try to adjust the longitudinal KE position for equal onset of
shadow movement in each window.  This happens on the 30% zone sometimes. I
should probably deviate from Texereau and make the inner two zones narrower.
I like Bill T.'s description of 3 out of 10 on the intensity scale.  I think
that is about where I operate.  I find the Couder mask works best for me at
f/6 and slower.  I have used a pinstick for  f/5 and f/4 mirrors and I think
I prefer pinsticks for f/5 and faster.  Both methods produce good mirrors.
