The thing that you have to remember with most suppliers of optical stuff is
that most of these suppliers are one or a few man companies which often have
other jobs to make a living.  Coulter is a second generation supplier which
is another possible problem as the second generation may not have the
commitment to personal support that many of the suppliers desire to do.  If
you need it now (a common complaint in today's world) you may want to go
somewhere else and pay more but if you want Coulter's prices then you
necessarily do the wait, especially when orders go up for some reason or
another.
